Dharmesh Shah - Director, Business Development
An MBA from la Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia; Dharmesh, is a co-founder of the company. He has plenty of experience behind him after successfully completing his work stints with companies like Primus Telecom. His vast experience in telecommunications, energy and holiday industry has helped the company immensely in targeting these industries for support services operations.

Dharmesh now mainly focuses on exploring new Business Development prospects of the company; and has been instrumental in getting some of the most profitable programs for One Touch Solutions.

Praveen Ahuja - Director, Operations
A Masters in Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne; Praveen also has rich insight with a vast experience of working in various capacities and roles. Having handled an array of management functions related to accounts and finance, his skills in strategy formulation, conceptualization, operations planning and management of large outbound and inbound call centers have really come to the fore benefiting the company's operations immensely.

His role and responsibilities cover all aspects of strategic/tactical planning, business development and client relationship management functions. He has also been highly instrumental in revamping and stabilizing the company in the areas of production planning and quality assurance.
